Keeping that in mind, we have built best-in-class production, QA and associated facilities in our manufacturing units from the very beginning which expresses our desire for stringent quality management system. We have segregated facilities for general pharmaceuticals, cephalosporin, herbal/nutraceuticals having independent support services and waste disposal. The facility has three layer built-in concept providing dedicated & segregated noiseless HVAC system for each dosage form, 3 mm epoxy floor, injected polyurethane sandwich panels & ceiling and clean room lightings.

The utilities covers advanced water treatment system, complete effluent treatment plant & a modern warehouse capable to work under closed system with the manufacturing facilities which is unique in Bangladesh. Penicillin block will be in a separate location which is about 5 km from general pharma site.

RAK Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary company of RAK Ceramics PSC, UAE which started its journey as a ceramic company & incorporated its business in Bangladesh in November 1998. At this moment RAK ceramic is the undisputed number one company of its kind in Bangladesh and worldwide as well in terms of both value and quantity.
